All Makeup and Hair Appointments and Trials are based at our Studio in Guisborough (full address given upon booking), we are mobile for Bridal & Bridal Party bookings, as well as groups of 3+.

A non refundable booking fee is required for all bookings, and varies dependant on treatment costs. this is non refundable and non transferrable.

If travel is needed, the first 10 miles from Guisborough is included, any miles after this is charged at £0.50p per mile.

Grace Lydia has made various adaptions post lockdown and completed numerous courses to ensure her studio is Covid Compliant, such as track and trace, spaced out appointments, PPE as well as the extremely high sanitation practices we had in place pre Covid, for all information and risk assessment findings and adaptations please contact us. 

If for any reason, Grace Lydia cannot attend or perform the Makeup Application or Hair Styling, she will try and find another artist who can step in. If this is not possible, a refund of booking fee, or a transfer of booking fee to another appointment or artist will be arranged by Grace Lydia to the client.

Bridal Bookings:
a Non Refundable Booking Fee must be paid to confirm the date and time slots for your big day, this will be to cover trials and hold the slot/date of your wedding day.
Once the booking fee is paid and day/booking is confirmed, a bridal contract will be sent either via email or Facebook messenger and can either be emailed back once signed and scanned, dropped off at my HQ at Guisborough or posted to my address in Guisborough.
if cancelling within 2 months to the date of your wedding date, a cancellation fee may occur. payment for the wedding day makeup and hair is due from 7 days before to the date of your wedding day however can be paid the day before in some circumstances. we do not accept payment after the wedding date. 
The Bride is responsible and liable to pay any toll booth or parking costs incurred due to travel and using the carpark/street parking in order to get to you/perform their services.

Please ensure hair is washed the day before your appointment for all pin ups and styling except Blow dry's and curly blow-dries where the hair will need to be freshly washed.

Please ensure you arrive with no makeup on, exfoliated and freshly cleansed faces are the best way to attend your makeup appointment.
