Services.
All services except for Bridal on the day and group bookings of 3+ prebooked are held at my studio at TS14 7LR. Travel starts at a set fee of £15 and is charged at £0.50 a mile, Accomodation charges are applicable if the journey exceeds a 75 mile radius from my studio address.
All makeup applications except junior bridesmaids and flower girls include complementary false lashes. All services require a Non Refundable/Transferrable Booking fee.
Bridal Hair and Makeup
Your wedding day is one of the biggest and most special days of your life which is why you
want to look and feel your best. As an experienced professional Multi Award Winning cruelty free
and vegan friendly Bridal Hair and Makeup Specialist it is my job to understand and put into
practice your Bridal Vision! also to help you feel the most relaxed, comfortable, confidently enhanced version of yourself! not caked, too much, or too little, not a one size fits all approach, the best version of your vision combined with enhancing of your natural features, the right shades to make your eyes pop, the style and products to ensure your hair and makeup last all night to be compatible with your hair and skin type, and you get a little touch up kit for that extra reassurance so you can eat drink and dance the day and night away without a care in the world looking flawless and feeling fabulous.
I travel to you on the day, whichever time i am required/needed, ill set up then get to work on getting everyone ready and will stay til 30 mins prior to your ceremony. For larger parties, early ceremonies or where there are restrictions on start times so therefore we cannot start earlier, i have the option of hiring an assistant for a fee which helps with time management.
All trials are held at my appointment only, purpose built studio log cabin where we trial out a step by step makeup look and up to 3 hairstyles per trial.
Full day rates where i stay and top you up post ceremony or change the hairstyle are available for an extra fee and on request.

Booking fee for bridal is either your trial fees upfront or a 50% booking fee to secure your date. We take bridal bookings up to 3 years in advance and travel throughout the UK and Internationally on request.

Trans Makeup, Hair and Wig Services
Since the start of my makeup career, i started learning drag makeup, from there it became a passion to learn about trans makeup with a friend who was transitioning and was worried about how they can do their makeup as a total makeup novice, since then i have thoroughly researched techniques and gone on multiple training courses to gain skills, experience and expertise in not just trans makeup as a whole but Feminisation, Masculinisation and also Wig Styling and Application fx. it is a tricky time when transitioning anyways so i aim to offer a safe space where you can come and chill, get glammed up and transformed for your big event or even to just trial out a makeup look as the new you and have your hair or wig styled and walk out feeling confident ready to hit the town! We are lgbtqia+ friendly and allies, autism and SEN friendly and all round inclusive and aim to help you all feel as comfortable and as safe as possible. we also offer lessons and masterclasses/group classes on request and for trans lessons we have many different options. feel free to get intouch and enquire.
Festival Hair and Makeup
We absolutely love festival szn and love to go all out! it makes our creative senses tingle
with festival hair and makeup it is exactly what you want and feel comfortable with so if you just want a glam eye look and bright lip, thats absolutely fine with a glitter root? no problem, but if youre wanting the full kaboosh, glitter roots, plaits or space buns, hair loops and adornments, face gems and face and body glitter we have you! We use a variety of biodegradeable cosmetic grade glitter, and Shrine Gems, and paperlace for our facial adornments. Prices depend on specification and can range depending on what youre wanting, but we offer super early appointments in the studio for festival dates, and also groups of 3+ can request mobile bookings for a fee. We also offer a glitter bar booking which is perfect for any festival theme party.
Lessons
We provide many different lesson options as we know everybodies learning style is different and we prefer to focus on and make the target exactly what you would want to master as your goal at the end.
All our lessons are unaccredited but include a certificate of attendance and a full product and tools list in order of use (and full use of my kit, and option to record the lesson or take progress photos to help you remember). in all lessons i will show you on one side of your face and under my instruction and guidance you will repeat on the other side of your face. You can opt to learn whatever you want and i can make it a structure of your choice, whether its skin based, eye based, mature, teen glam or anything you can think of, we can even have a lesson where you bring your own makeup bag and i show you how to get the most out of your products and tools and you can find out some hidden gems in my kit and trial them out before you go out and purchase them yourself! i also do learn on a model lessons and show proper hygiene, disposable use and disinfectant and anti cross contamination techniques for the budding makeup artist who wants to see what goes into it before they enroll in college or a full qualification course. Grace Lydia's Glitter Bar
Ive always had a love of glitter, gems and festival vibes, and find it is so fun for group
bookings, commercial work parties, hen do's and even wedding reception evenings.
Therefore i bring you Grace Lydia's Glitter Bar!
using all Cruelty Free and Vegan Friendly biodegradeable cosmetic friendly glitters, hair accessories, gems and face and body adornments. (must be hired for a minimum of 2 hours for commercial and evening events)
We have two different packages for our glitter bar:
Silver- Glitter only. This is a 2-4 hours but a minimum of 2, a variety of chunky glitters in every colour you can think of and i will glam as many of you up and glitter for the full allotted time. Gems or hair accessories not included but this does include glitter roots, glitter mustaches and facial glitter.
Gold- Glitter, Gems and Hair Gems and accessories- Can be booked up to a full day booking but a minimum of two hours must be booked. All whats included in silver but with the add on of extra face gems and accessories and hair gems and accessories and also body glitter and gems. The gems and adornments we use are Shrine and Face Lace/Paper Lace.
50% booking fee is required upfront for all glitter bar bookings.

Halloween and FX Makeup
I offer Halloween and basic special FX makeup at the studio. This can be anything from fancy dress, themed characters and so on, up to basic special fx such as bullet holes, wounds, or skin effects such as melting skin, or scars. Pricing depends on specification. I can also offer postache attachment such as beard mustache and wig and toupee application for a fee. We only use top quality pro products from kryolan, titanic fx, mehron, guru makeup emporium and ben nye which are film set quality and always cruelty free and vegan friendly! PATCH TEST REQUIRED 24-48 hours prior to halloween makeup and hair booking for the following: Liquid Latex, Spirit Gum, Rigid Collodion and all adheisives for postache and prosethetics, if this is not done then i cannot apply any of these and it would just have to be a themed character makeup look and no prosthetics or SFX.
Photoshoots and Commercial Work
Since qualifying and starting Grace Lydia Cruelty Free, i have had the great opportunity to work alongside of and be hired for my makeup and hair services to be a part of some amazing shoots, which i very much enjoy! i am available to do Occasion hair and makeup at the studio for family photo shoots, engagement shoots and so on, but i am also available for commercial shoots and have worked in shoots for fashion, e commerce and also trans modelling.
